Our Principals

All Levels Welcome, Day 1 to Seasoned Players

No matter what skill level you are, what future goals you have, we hope our athletes discover the love for the sport that so many share.

Incorporating all styles of play, we teach athletes everything as basic as how to hold a stick to complex game play scenarios.

Keeping It Fun

At the end of the day, 312 Field Hockey hopes to teach athletes the sport through a fun, interactive, dynamic approach

Meet the Owners

Misha took over 312 Field Hockey in 2020 along with founder Holly Palin. Reilly took over for Holly in 2023. Misha and Reilly have a long history of Field Hockey together, starting with Misha coaching Reilly in middle-school and high-school. More recently they have been coaching the Parker High-school team together for the last 6 years.

  • Founder

Misha Geller Warning discovered her love for field hockey at a young age by watching the older girls at her school play the sport. She played for her middle school team and for her high school team, taking on leadership roles and helping to facilitate her teammates in seeking out field hockey opportunities outside the regular season. While in high school, Misha was also a member of the Windy City travel program, competing on a national level. After graduating from college, Misha was recruited to coach at Francis W. Parker school, where she has been coaching since 2002. She has coached 6th grade through high school varsity in her role as a coach at Francis Parker, as well as heading up the field hockley program and development of the sport at Francis Parker. Misha was voted by her peers as the ISL Coach of the year in 2019. During this time, Misha received a masters degree in education, helping her further develop her approach to teaching and developing the curriculum of field hockey. Misha has also coached for Windy City Field Hockey Club as well as played for the Cayman Island Hockey Club throughout the years.

  • Reilly started her journey with Field Hockey in 6th grade at Francis W. Parker. After 7 years of playing at Parker she went on to play at DePauw university in Greencastle Indiana. Since graduation in 2014 Reilly has been coaching the Francis W. Parker high-school team. Throughout high-school and college Reilly always returned in the summers to help with 312 camps and clinics. Reilly took over for co-founder of 312 Holly Palin (her high-school coach) in 2023 and is outrageously excited for the future to come!
